QUEST HOTEL TAGAYTAY : STAYCATION THIS 2025

KID FRIENDLY HOTEL TAGAYTAY:  Our Experience at Quest Hotel Tagaytay

If you're a parent like me who loves quick getaways but also watches the budget (because let’s be honest, the grocery bill alone can wipe out your weekend plans), you know how tricky it is to find a hotel that strikes the right balance between comfort, location, and price.

Recently, my family and I had the chance to stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay — and if you’re planning an event or just looking for a decent, value-for-money place to stay, this one's worth putting on your list

Location, Location, Location

One of the things I appreciated right away was the hotel’s location. Quest Hotel is located near the entrance to Tagaytay, which is a big plus if you’re coming from Manila. After the usual SLEX and Santa Rosa traffic, the last thing you want is another 30-40 minutes of zigzag roads just to reach your hotel. Here, you can breathe easy — you’ve arrived in Tagaytay territory the moment you check-in.

Whether you’ve got a family event, a wedding to attend, or you're simply after a chill weekend, the hotel’s spot makes it easy to go back and forth without much stress.

Price Meets Practicality

Now let’s talk about the price.

Tagaytay, being a favorite weekend escape for many of us, has its fair share of expensive hotels and budget inns — but Quest Hotel fits neatly in the middle. I would say for the price we paid, the stay was ok — not over-the-top luxurious, but it covered the basics well. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and courteous staff. Sometimes, as a parent, that’s all you really need: a safe, decent place where your kids can nap and you can recharge for the next day’s activities.

The Overall Experience

Our experience at Quest Hotel Tagaytay was smooth. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick, which I always appreciate especially when you're handling bags, kids, and the usual "Dad, I'm hungry!" chorus after a road trip.

The hotel’s ambiance is simple but neat, and if your main focus is on attending an event or exploring Tagaytay rather than staying in the room all day, this hotel makes a lot of sense.

Is it ok for Kids?

If you're after a budget-friendly, no-frills stay for a wedding, reunion, or a quick family escape in Tagaytay, Quest Hotel is a reliable option. It won’t wow you with fancy amenities, but it will give you a comfortable place to rest without breaking the bank. It also has a pool - but of course, being in Tagaytay, expect this to be cold (we were there during September).

Sometimes, as a dad, you don't need more than that. Just a place to park your things, rest your feet, and enjoy Tagaytay’s cool breeze with your family.
