In the Philippines, a diverse and vibrant country with a rich cultural heritage, parenting styles is a reflection of its unique values and traditions. Traditional parenting in the Philippines also focuses on the father being king and provider. They simply have to support their families financially and they fulfill their role as fathers.

While their intentions are good, it can sometimes lead to excessive pressure on the child.
